The Tai Chi Eight Brocades (Ba Duan Jin) has started again this year!
Please come and join us for a better and healthier lifestyle.
It is a free practice session, and all skill levels are welcome.
* Please note that these sessions are Ba Duan Jin practice sessions. If you have concerns around your physical ability to participate in Ba Duan Jin sessions, please consult your health practitioner prior to attending one of these sessions.
Venue: CDU Casuarina campus, Pink Building 7, lobby
When: Starting from 5 March, 4.45 pm - 6.15 pm, every Tuesday
