The 2025 Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Awards will be held on Friday 20 February 2026 from 10:00am to 12:00pm ACST.
The Awards ceremony will be hosted from the Mal Nairn Auditorium, Red Building 7 at Casuarina Campus. For those on our other campuses, the following venues are booked:
• Alice Springs Campus – 15.1.01 – Lecture Theatre
• Brisbane Campus – 11.14 – Boardroom
• Danala I Education and Community Precinct – TBA
• Katherine Rural Campus – Room 2.1.09 - Admin Building
• Palmerston - PAL A.2.39 – Meeting Room
• Sydney Campus – 10.08 – Boardroom

Respect Matters study day
Starting in 2026, all CDU students are required to complete the 90-minute Respect Matters online training on consent and healthy relationships, with staff-led study sessions available to provide guidance, support, and snacks.

Chinese calligraphy for beginners
The CDU Confucius Institute is now offering Chinese calligraphy for beginners, a new course on the CDU Casuarina campus. The workshops will run every Monday, from 5 pm - 6 pm, starting 13 April to 14 June.
