Are you a new student doing online study for Semester 2 2025? You are invited to join these Orientation online sessions via Microsoft Teams after-hours to meet your lecturers and other CDU students.
If you are a domestic student studying internally, you are also welcome to attend any Orientation events outlined for your nearest campus location.
No registration is required for online faculty information sessions. Simply click the button to join! Make sure to note the session times in your calendar. All times are in Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) unless stated otherwise.

Respect Matters online study session
Starting in 2026, all CDU students must complete the 90-minute Respect Matters online training on consent and social responsibility, with staff-supported study sessions available to help students navigate the modules and answer questions.

Sound Bath meditation
To conclude Respect Month, CDU students and staff are invited to a free, restorative sound bath meditation featuring crystal singing bowls designed to release tension and promote inner peace.

RIEL Seminar Series – The hidden value in crocodile carcasses: Collagen as the NT’s next bioindustry
Dr. Padraig Strappe, a teaching-research academic at Charles Darwin University, is spearheading a project to purify high-value collagen from crocodile carcass waste for use in the food, cosmetic, and biomedical industries.
