CDU's research on Knowledge Management (KM) focusses on different aspects of Knowledge Management (KM) as a field of study as well as its application in businesses/enterprises/organisations.
The Faculty of Health engages with local organisations including Menzies School of Health Research, Royal Darwin Hospital and a range of private and government agencies. Students can harness expert knowledge and skills through guest lecturers and work placements, which can lead to future employment.
Professor Banks is currently Director of the Research Institute for the Environment and Livelihoods and a molecular ecologist at Charles Darwin University, (CDU), having moved to Darwin in Australia’s Top End from the Australian National University in Canberra in 2018.
Dr Cat Kutay runs research projects in web and mobile applications for sharing knowledge using First People’s methods. She uses Augmented and Virtual Reality in her projects to bring knowledge into a learning environment
