This document is the Health Assessment form for FoH placements, to be completed and submitted by students if Fitness to Practice concerns are raised either by the Fitness to Practice Declaration or head of schools.
Graduate as a medical scientist and be responsible for analysing patient samples, assist with disease diagnosis and ensure suitable treatments.
