Corporate law research focuses on corporate responsibility, international trade, intellectual property and governance issues. Our researchers are leading the field on Aboriginal customary law and legal systems.
Criminal law and human rights research focus primarily on terrorism, extradition, transnational jurisdiction, refugees, transnational organised crime, human trafficking, law reform and penal policy. We have ongoing projects on women and law, youth justice, assisted dying and transnational legal issues.
