If you're seeking relief from daily stress, looking to enhance your overall wellbeing, or simply curious about a new approach to relaxation, this Qi practice is well worth exploring.
Our Ba Duan Jin session is suitable for beginners of all ages. Through gentle, flowing movements and mindful meditation, you'll cultivate a sense of mindfulness that supports stress relief, mental clarity, and helps you stay fit and healthy.
This form of Qi practice can assist in easing chronic pain, fostering mindfulness, relaxing the body, boosting vitality, and improving overall health and quality of life. Beyond the physical benefits, it also offers a meaningful journey towards inner peace and tranquility.
* Please note that these sessions are Ba Duan Jin practice sessions. If you have concerns around your physical ability to participate in these sessions, please consult your health practitioner prior to attending one of these sessions.
