AMEB Musicianship

Meet the grades of the Australian Music Examinations Board
Girl playing violin

The Centre for Youth and Community Music conducts comprehensive practical instrument programs to ensure our students' understanding of music theory education is up-to-date and to give them a formal introduction to musical concepts and practices.

Our goal is to guide our students and help them improve their practical ability through aural and theoretical understanding. This can be achieved through online classes, which can lead to exams for preliminary Grades 1 and Grade 2/3. For more information, visit the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB).
