Join us for this interactive session exploring how power and privilege show up in our everyday lives, especially in workplace environments.

We’ll examine how organisational structures, roles, and individual identities can influence decision-making, opportunities, and team dynamics. Through practical examples and guided discussion, participants will build awareness, reflect on their own perspectives, and gain tools to support more inclusive, respectful, and equitable workplaces.
