Victorian native Matthew Cartwright was on a road trip from Darwin to Katherine in July last year, when he saw a sign on the road for Charles Darwin University. At the time, Matt was in his final year of a Bachelor of Psychology down in Melbourne, and was planning his next move.

Everyone deserves a respectful and safe campus culture where Consent, Empathy and Respect are valued and applied. This campaign is for all students and we encourage everyone who is a part of the campus community to consider how we can 'better' our behaviour.
Ishita Singhal originally studied Information Technology before deciding to pursue a career she was truly passionate about. After graduating with a Bachelor of Midwifery from CDU, she couldn’t be happier with her decision. We asked Ishita about what motivated her to follow her study goals, as well as her experiences as a CDU student and the challenges she faced along the way to become a midwife.
