Charles Darwin University’s (CDU) Katherine Rural Campus has launched a newly refurbished kitchen space as it seeks to expand into the hospitality space for the first time in the Katherine and Big Rivers Region.
The University has developed this policy to ensure that hospitality activities are appropriate, that standards of accountability are maintained and that there is a measure of consistency in the way in which this policy is implemented across the University.
Katherine locals will be able to study hospitality courses such as Asian Cookery and Cake Decorating as part of a first time expansion into hospitality at Katherine Rural Campus.
