Ms Melissa Cole

Melissa Cole is a proud Warumungu and Luritja woman with over 30 years of experience in education and leadership. 

She has worked closely with First Nations students and communities, focusing on creating culturally responsive practices and improving outcomes for these students. 

Throughout her career, Melissa has led educational initiatives across both the public and private sectors.

Holding a Bachelor of Teaching and a Bachelor of Education, Melissa has delivered leadership programs through university, industry, and community partnerships. 

She is committed to empowering First Nations students, ensuring they have the support, resources, and opportunities to thrive in education and beyond.
