Mrs Robin Cross

Robin Cross is a senior lecturer in nursing in the College of Nursing & Midwifery. Her specialty is in Health Service Management and Administration.

Robin is interested in student-centred nursing education, nursing leadership and nursing management. More specifically, her work examines:

  • workplace culture
  • communication
  • social and emotional competence
  • professional relations
  • change management.

Robin holds degrees in international management and public administration (management).
