CDU ranked 91st in the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia-Pacific University Ranking 2019. The Ranking features 35 Australian universities, with CDU placing 29th among them. The Ranking analysed more than 300 universities across 13 nations in East Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceania.

The Good Universities Guide 2020 ranks CDU as the number two university in Australia for undergraduate starting salaries and full-time employment.

CDU undergraduate students enjoy a median starting salary of $67,400 and a full-time employment rate of 82%.

The Good Universities Guide 2020 has awarded CDU five stars for postgraduate salary and employment.

It ranks CDU as the number three university in Australia for postgraduate full-time employment and the number eight university for postgraduate starting salaries.

CDU postgraduate students enjoy a median graduate salary of $94,000 and full-time employment rate of 91%.

CDU graduates earn at least 5% more and are at least 10% more likely to land a job than the average university student

The 2020 Graduate Outcomes Survey National Report found that graduates of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses at CDU enjoy higher than average employment rates and starting salaries.

Compared to the average undergraduate student, CDU graduates are 10% more likely to secure a job within 4 months of finishing their degree. They also earn 5% more.

Compared to the average postgraduate student, CDU graduates are 11% more likely to find employment within 4 months of finishing their degree. They earn 9% more.

This Survey is funded by the Australian Government. It was conducted as an online survey, with responses by from more than 131,000 students from 112 higher education institutions in Australia.
