CDU ranked 91st in the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia-Pacific University Ranking 2019. The Ranking features 35 Australian universities, with CDU placing 29th among them. The Ranking analysed more than 300 universities across 13 nations in East Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceania.

The Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021 places CDU among the world’s top 100 universities for impact towards the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for Quality Education.

Overall, CDU ranks among the world’s top 200 universities globally for research and impact towards all SDGs.

CDU’s undergraduate students enjoy a median starting salary of $68,000 and a full-time employment rate of 81.4%.

CDU postgraduate students enjoy a full-time employment rate of 94% and a median graduate salary of $68,000.

The 2020 Graduate Outcomes Survey National Report found that graduates of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses at CDU enjoy higher than average employment rates and starting salaries.

Compared to the average undergraduate student, CDU graduates are 10% more likely to secure a job within 4 months of finishing their degree. They also earn 5% more.

Compared to the average postgraduate student, CDU graduates are 11% more likely to find employment within 4 months of finishing their degree. They earn 9% more.

This Survey is funded by the Australian Government. It was conducted as an online survey, with responses by from more than 131,000 students from 112 higher education institutions in Australia.
