Mary Linnell is a proud immigrant, single mother of four Darwin-born children, and CDU graduate whose 23-year career exemplifies resilience, innovation, and leadership in the Northern Territory’s building and construction industry.
As founder and Managing Director of Easy Glass Services (est. 2002), Darwin’s leading glazing and aluminium fabrication company, Mary has built a thriving business grounded in integrity, inclusivity, and community values. A serial entrepreneur, she is also founder of Power Stance (2017), where she serves as a motivational speaker and educator, delivering programs on leadership, communication, personal empowerment, and professional presence.
Mary’s influence has been recognised through numerous awards, including Australia’s Top 100 Women in Construction (2021 & 2023), NT News’ 100 Most Powerful Women (#22 in 2021 & 2022), and the Telstra Business Woman of the Year (NT) (2015). She is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders ANZ and an AICD Graduate, underscoring her commitment to continuous professional growth.
