Indigenous Pre-Accounting Enabling Program

The Indigenous Pre-Accounting Enabling Program is comprised of two distinct parts:

  •  An intensive four-week program run in Darwin at the CDU Waterfront campus.

  •  An ongoing individual and group mentoring program throughout the whole duration of your course providing personal and professional mentoring.

Where students reside outside of Darwin, in the community, remotely or interstate, we provide travel and accommodation for the duration of the four-week intensive program. Additionally, all catering during the intensive program will be covered, plus some additional weekend activities.

After completion of the four-week intensive program students can apply for admission into the CDU six-month FNS40217 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or directly into the Bachelor of Accounting course (depending on the fulfilment of admission requirements). The successful completion of Certificate IV will further provide students with a recognised pathway into CDU’s Bachelor of Accounting program by recognition of prior learning of their TAFE qualification.
