Each class offers plenty of opportunities to practice speaking in a relaxed and supportive environment. This course is designed for adult learners with beginner to intermediate Chinese language skills. If you've learned some Chinese before and would like to move beyond memorising words and phrases to truly connect with the language and the people who speak it, you'll feel right at home.

Instructor: 
Miao Sun is a Volunteer Chinese Language Teacher at the Institute of Chinese Language and Cultural Studies (ICLCS). She holds a Master's degree from China in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL) and is passionate about creating an enjoyable, encouraging, and culturally rich learning experience for every student. Miao believes that language is a bridge between people and cultures, and she is dedicated to helping learners build both confidence in speaking Chinese and a genuine appreciation of Chinese traditions and everyday life.
