The Greek Studies, Language and Culture program promotes awareness and understanding of the 5000 years of Greek language and culture. Founded 10 years ago, the program supports the development of Australia’s premier in-country Greek language and culture program, the delivery of Greek language and culture lectures, and provides postgraduate research opportunities.

The generous supporters of this program are known as the CDU Foundation Greek Guardian’s.

‘We are delighted to support the Greek language and culture program at CDU.

We believe that supporting such a program will enable students to learn and maintain the Greek language and culture which is prominent in our community.

Our support is also given to the Law School, by rewarding a law student who shows dedication to their studies.

We encourage anyone thinking about making a charitable donation to consider CDU as an effective way of making a positive impact in our community.’

Indonesia has been identified as one of the regions of strategic importance by CDU in which research activities and capacity building opportunities of mutual benefit to CDU and partner universities can be maximised.

Since its creation by gift of an art work in 1980, the University’s Art Collection has grown to become the third largest collection of art held by a public institution in the Northern Territory.

The CDU Art Collection and Art Gallery is located at the Casuarina Campus.
