Rolf has taught at various universities, including a decade at the Australian National University in the Graduate Program in Public Policy. He has also spent five years as Director of the Australian Centre for Regional and Local Government Studies, as a senior Ministerial staff member at both the Commonwealth and Territory levels, and ran his own research consultancy for a number of years. Between 2002 and 2006, he was Director Social/Economic Policy in the Chief Minister’s Department in the Northern Territory.
As a passionate health advocate Madalena has committed her career to improving the health and education of the people of Timor-Leste. Armed with a Master of Public Policy, her passion and knowledge know no bounds.

Tracy is a Warumungu Luritja woman with years of experience in the field of education who completed her PhD with Northern Institute in 2019. Tracy is a lecturer with the College of Indigenous Futures, Arts & Society who coordinates.
