Self-driving vehicles are becoming more commonplace on our roads but the traffic legislation keeping them in check is not up to speed, according to new research led by Charles Darwin University.
Katherine locals will be able to study hospitality courses such as Asian Cookery and Cake Decorating as part of a first time expansion into hospitality at Katherine Rural Campus.
David Price is Professor in Public International Law and Intellectual Property Law at CDU. He holds degrees in law as well as international relations, industrial history, and Chinese.
Dr Jenny Ng is a research active academic who has taught both Australian Law and English Law in several countries. She has also been admitted as a lawyer at the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She has won several prizes for her research, which includes an external grant.
Students within the Bachelor of Laws must successfully complete the recognised “Priestley 11” subjects that are “prescribed areas of knowledge” required to be eligible to apply for admission to the legal profession. The compulsory “Priestley 11” areas of law are met through the successful completion of the units listed below.
