We believe learning should not be limited in the classroom. Through the Professional Practice Program (PPP), we provide on-the-job placement opportunities for students enrolled in the Master of Accounting (Professional Practice) and Master of Business Administration (Professional Practice) to get training and experience in a real-life workplace environment. The PPP gives employers the opportunity to work with well-trained graduates and evaluate their suitability as a future employee. If the student is eventually employed, they are already up to speed with the provider’s workplace culture, targets and relationships.
The Chinese In-Country language program is an excellent opportunity for students to experience Chinese culture first hand. CDU's four-week Chinese In-Country language program takes place at our partner institution, Anhui Normal University. The program caters for relative beginners, intermediate and advanced speakers of Mandarin. These levels don't correspond to the six levels of the CDU Chinese program in a straightforward way, so you will be placed in an appropriate level after taking a test at the start of the program.
The Greek In-Country language program is an excellent opportunity for students to experience Greek culture first hand. It combines coursework taught by lecturers from CDU, the University of the Aegean as well as other Greek Educational Institutions. This intensive three-week program is equivalent to a full unit of Greek language study and may include Kalymnos and other islands, Athens, and a study trip in the northern mainland region of Macedonia.

The Be a Better Human campaign focuses on consent, sexual harassment and sexual assault, bystander education, respectful relationships, reporting and support options for students. Everyone deserves a respectful and safe campus culture where Consent, Empathy and Respect are valued and applied. This campaign is for all students and we encourage everyone who is a part of the campus community to consider how we can 'better' our behaviour.
