There are several pathways for Vocational Education and Training (VET) at CDU including pathways for adult learners, apprentices and high school students to name a few.
How do I apply as a school leaver or adult learner?
1. Find your CDU VET course
Go to find a course and search for your course. Note down the course code and check you meet the entry requirements.
2. Register your interest online, via email or by phone
Registering your interest is easy.
Some courses are available for registration using the online registration form. Check that your course is available in the drop-down menu and complete your registration. If your course is not available in the list, give us a call or send us an email and we will register your interest.
2. Your employer contacts Apprenticeships Australia
Your employer will submit the relevant paperwork to Apprenticeships Australia.
3. Apprenticeships Australia contacts CDU
If CDU is your employer’s elected Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Apprenticeships Australia will contact CDU and we will be in touch to complete your enrolment.
How do I apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?
RPL is specific to VET students and is the process by which your existing skills, knowledge and experience gained throughout your life – regardless of how they have been acquired – are recognised towards the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification or competency.
