Study support wherever you are

Engaging with education in different environments can be challenging.

CDU has extensive experience in providing training to current, transitioning, and former Defence personnel.

Study Benefits

You are entitled to a range of benefits including certain fee-exempt TAFE courses and specific university academic entry options. For more information, see the FAQ entry at the page here “I am a current or former ADF member, what are my study benefits with CDU?”.

Staff Support

Some of CDU’s teaching staff have served in the ADF, so they have firsthand experience of the challenges and rewards of military service, as well as the transition to civilian life. And with a network of specialised support services available on campus and online, you’ll have study support wherever you are.

CDU’s Defence Project Officer, Imran North (imran.north@cdu.edu.au), is a veteran himself and can talk to you about your options, and supports available, before during and after study.
