The Asia Pacific College of Business and Law maintains strong links with local, national and international professional associations, business, employers and governments. As such, we offer speciality training for the Northern Territory Government and private industry that can be customised and delivered on campus or on site as required. 

Austin Asche Oration in Law and Governance

This annual oration honours The Honourable Austin Asche AC QC service to the people of the Northern Territory and his contribution to law, tertiary education and to the community.

The Honourable Austin Asche AC QC's long and distinguished career includes, amongst others,  his appointment to the Queen's Council, Judge of the Family Court of Australia, Judge of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory as well as Chief Justice of the Northern Territory. He was the Chancellor of the Northern Territory University from 1989 until 1993 when he was appointed the 15th Administrator of the Northern Territory.

Our legal clinic offers externships in relation to refugee law, environmental law and Indigenous justice.
