My research is situated within health professions education, with a focus on assessment quality, curriculum design, learner development, and faculty capacity building in medical and allied health programs. I have conducted and published work on clinical competence assessment, MCQ and OSCE design, educational environments, learner agency, culturally responsive teaching and assessment, and the use of technology-enhanced learning in health education. My research has informed curriculum reform, assessment policy development, and faculty development initiatives across institutions in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, with outputs including peer-reviewed publications, invited presentations, and educational frameworks. I actively collaborate with clinicians, education leaders, and interdisciplinary research teams. I welcome research higher degree students interested in qualitative and mixed-methods research, assessment and curriculum scholarship, Indigenous-aligned education, and educational evaluation, offering opportunities for co-publication, conference engagement, and applied research embedded in authentic educational settings.
