Dr. Emmanuel Tenakwah's research examines the intersection of strategic human resource management and organisational transformation in a rapidly evolving global business environment. His doctoral research at the University of Newcastle investigated the diffusion of transferred HR management practices within multinational enterprises, providing valuable insights into how global organisations adapt and implement people management strategies across diverse cultural and institutional contexts.
