Join us for the Leadership and Mentoring Training Workshop. During this session, you will learn about the Buddy Program and hear from the team who will support you.
Amy Hetherington will also be facilitating a session on leadership and mentoring. This session with Amy goes for 1 hour and covers:
- What is mentoring?
- Qualities of a great mentor
- Active listening
- Trustworthiness
- Inclusive leadership
- Intercultural communication
- Mentoring your Junior Buddies
This is a great session to help you build on your leadership skills.
About Amy
Amy is a Territory comedian, business owner and workshop facilitator. Through her business, Amiable Communications, she delivers high energy, engaging workshops that aim to increase confidence, communication, and personal skills. She loves Darwin and enjoys helping new people connect with the community.
