Dr. Emmanuel Tenakwah's research examines the intersection of strategic human resource management and organisational transformation in a rapidly evolving global business environment. His doctoral research at the University of Newcastle investigated the diffusion of transferred HR management practices within multinational enterprises, providing valuable insights into how global organisations adapt and implement people management strategies across diverse cultural and institutional contexts.
Abel Fekadu Dadi (Bsc, MPH, PhD) a researcher at the Centre for Child Development and Education (CCDE) at Menzies School of Health Research. Abel is currently working on a range of studies in the areas of childhood early development, mid-year school outcomes, and maternal mental health and perinatal outcomes using large-scale, linked, administrative data.
