Overview

This Diploma is an exit qualification only, and is available to students who discontinue their study in the Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Midwifery or the Bachelor of Health Science, after successfully completing eight or more units as prescribed in the course structure. This diploma provides foundation skills for further tertiary study.

Students must have completed 80 credit points in the initial course and meet the course structure requirements specified for the Diploma.

Essential requirements

English language requirements

To gain entry into Charles Darwin University, all Higher Education applicants must satisfy the University's English Language Proficiency Requirements for their chosen course of study. International applicants will be required to supply evidence of this at the time of application.

The minimum English language requirement for this course is met by either undertaking previous education from an English-speaking country or undertaking one of the following English language tests and obtaining the minimum requirements listed below.
