"I don’t fight for anything but I stand for many things, one of them is art.
Art has the ability to: heal; transcend culture, age and language;
change the way we see the world and; educate."
- Tony Albert
Single Channel brings together key moving image works from 2000 to 2019 from the National Gallery collection. The selection traces the emergence of the moving image as a success story of contemporary art practice, considering notions of identity in powerful, unexpected and mesmerising ways.
Opening 29 October 6.15 pm.
Single Channel is a National Gallery Touring Exhibition supported by the National Gallery.
