Site Coordinator
The education site–based Professional Learning Leader (PLL) is responsible for liaising with CDU, the supervisor, and the pre-service teacher before, during, and after the placement. This role may be undertaken by the Early Childhood Centre Director, School Principal, or another highly experienced staff member.

Mentor Teacher
Mentor Teachers play a vital role in shaping future educators by guiding pre-service teachers (PSTs) throughout their professional placements. They provide access to their classrooms, model effective teaching practices, and foster a supportive environment where aspiring teachers can grow and refine their skills. Through mentorship, teachers not only inspire the next generation but also gain fresh perspectives, strengthen their professional networks, and contribute to the future of the teaching profession.
