Based at CDU’s Casuarina campus, our Physiotherapy service offers Musculoskeletal therapy to adults.
Our services are provided by Master of Physiotherapy students under the supervision of trained experienced registered physiotherapists aim to help you improve your mobility, strength, and function.
What we offer?
A 5-week physiotherapy program including:
Assessment:
- Discuss your health and goal
- Assess your condition
Treatment (depending on your needs):
- Personalised treatment and exercise program
- Hands-on treatment appropriate to your condition
- Support to safely improve strength, movement, and confidence
- Education on self-management
- Summary of your progress
- Home exercise plan
Who is this clinic for?
Adults who:
- Have muscle or joint pain
- Are recovering from injury, surgery, or feeling deconditioned
- Want to improve strength, mobility, and daily function
Who is this clinic not for?
This program is not suitable for people who:
- have a new or serious injury that needs urgent medical care (e.g., broken bone, major fall, new severe pain)
- have recent whiplash (especially in the first 6 weeks after injury)
- have new or worsening nerve problems (e.g., new weakness, numbness, significant bladder or bowel changes)
- unstable medical conditions requiring urgent medical attention e.g. chest pain, very high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes.
- cannot safely perform gentle exercise
- need complex rehabilitation after surgery (e.g., major surgery in the last 12 weeks)
need WorkCover or insurance assessments and reports

Monday: 9am – 12pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday: 9am – 4pm
Weekend and public holidays: Closed

$15 per session
Teaching and learning
At the Health Hub, you receive valuable care while helping train future healthcare professionals. CDU students gain hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of client needs, by working with real clients. All physiotherapy services are conducted by students under the supervision of registered physiotherapists.
