Associate Professor Zhen Qu

I research in the areas of, among other things, corporate law and insolvency law (including cross-border insolvency law). My publications have been cited with approval in numerous cases decided by the Australian and Hong Kong courts. I have supervised doctoral projects in the areas of corporate governance, banking law, and criminology.
