Do you have a research project idea, have just started a research project or are in the middle of one? Creating research impact isn't something to just think about after a project is complete or years afterwards. It is actually something you can plan for, saving you valuable time and resources and helping you track impacts along the way. In this workshop you will walk away with the start of a Research Project Plan Canvas that helps you:
-
Consider and plan for future potential impacts in the initial stage of planning a research project– why do the research – what difference will it make? What impact might be expected, how can you measure that?
-
Who the stakeholders are, which end-users to co-design with and the best ways to engage
-
A copy of CDU’s Project Planning Canvas, examples of what impact can look like in your Field of Research (FoR) and where to go for further resources and guidance.
*Because this is an interactive workshop, it will be face to face only. Workshops for other locations can be organised upon request.
