Are you looking for a fun and enriching way to help your child grow in both body and mind? Our specially designed Kung Fu classes for children aged 6–12 are the perfect way to boost confidence, discipline, and physical fitness—all while having fun!
What we offer
Five stances form (Wu Bu Quan)
A foundational martial arts form that teaches five basic stances and movements. Children will develop balance, coordination, and agility through structured routines that introduce traditional Chinese punching and kicking techniques. Perfect for beginners to build a strong martial arts base while learning focus and perseverance.
Five-animal exercises (Wu Qin Xi)
Inspired by the movements of the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and bird, this set of dynamic exercises promotes flexibility, strength, and mental awareness. Our kid-friendly version transforms ancient wisdom into playful, imaginative movements that enhance both health and creativity.
Benefits of our classes
• improve strength, balance, and flexibility
• enhance confidence and emotional resilience
• cultivate discipline, patience, and respect
• enjoy engaging, culturally rich activities suitable for all skill levels.
Our instructor, Mr. Qihao Lu, has been practising Chinese martial arts since childhood, mastering the essence of traditional martial arts, with profound expertise in Five-Step Fist, Eight Extremes Fist (Bajiquan), and swordsmanship.
