Your first point of contact for non-technical Learnline support will always be your lecturer or tutor. Check your support materials for their contact details.

24-hour Learnline support

CDU provides a 24hr, 7day/week support desk for Learnline and associated tools.

Before making a support request, CDU recommends that you:

• check that your computer meets the system requirements
• clear your internet browser cache

Have your Student ID number ready and identify the unit code and name where you are experiencing the issue.
