My computer account

Before you can access your student computer account, you must activate your account through the Identity Manager system.

You need a computer account before you can access CDU systems, enrol online via MyStudentInfo, access the internet on campus, your student email, learning applications and more.

  • If you have never used your computer account, you will need to activate it. You can only activate your account if you are a current student, or have been offered a place into a course. 

    Visit ITMS to read important information about your computer account. This page will also provide you with the links to activate your account and enrol.

  • If you have already activated your computer account, you can login to do any of the following:

    • change your password
    • provide answers to your authentication questions
    • view what your computer account gives you access to
    • view your profile.

    You should also log in to your account after enrolling to ensure that all of your access has been activated.

  • If you have forgotten your password, you can change it by providing the answers to the authentication questions you answered when you activated your account.
