Eight Extremes Fist (Bajiquan) is famous for its short, fierce, and explosive style, which originated from ancient Chinese martial arts. It is a practice that combines raw strength with precise technique. Unlike slow-paced exercises, Eight Extremes Fist focuses on quick, forceful movements that build inner power while improving your physical strength at the same time. Every punch and stance tells a story of traditional martial arts.
Our instructor, Mr. Qihao Lu, has been practising Chinese martial arts since childhood, mastering the essence of traditional martial arts, with profound expertise in Five-Step Fist, Eight Extremes Fist (Bajiquan), and swordsmanship.
Practising Eight Extremes Fist helps you build muscle, boost your stamina, and improve your body’s flexibility and coordination. It’s also a great way to relieve stress—letting go of tension as you focus on each move.
Whether you are a martial arts fan or just looking for a new, exciting workout, this class is perfect for you.
Join our Eight Extremes Fist (Bajiquan) class led by CDU CI instructor Mr. Qihao Lu, who is eager to pass on this powerful treasure of martial arts to you.
