Study and Ways for Wellbeing
Join us in a safe online space to grow and learn about wellbeing and build preparedness for seeking support as required.
You can attend one, some, or all these sessions to:
- Grow your ways for wellbeing while studying.
- Develop emotional regulation strategies during stressful times.
- Learn, ask questions, and make decisions about all the student support services you can access.
Sessions
Mondays at 3.15pm - 4pm ACST
Thursdays at 10am - 10.45am ACST
May - July 2023
During these months, the sessions will focus on approaches for study and wellbeing in difficult times. It will include opportunities to grow our understanding about trauma and how it can affect us. We can also discuss strategies to notice, inquire and provide support to each other during difficult times.
