Study and Ways for Wellbeing Sessions

The sessions aim to provide opportunities to grow, reflect, and learn about wellbeing in a safe online space, and build preparedness for seeking support during the semester if required.

You can attend one, some, or all these sessions to:

  • Grow your ways for wellbeing while studying;
  • Develop emotional regulation strategies during stressful times
  • Learn, ask questions, and make decisions about all the student support services you can access.

Register to join 

  • Mondays at 3:15 pm – 4:00 pm ACST until 12 December 2022 
  • Thursdays at 10:00 am – 10:45am ACST until 13 October 2022
