Study and Ways for Wellbeing
Join us in a safe online space to grow and learn about wellbeing and build preparedness for seeking support as required.
You can attend one, some, or all these sessions to:
- Grow your ways for wellbeing while studying.
- Develop emotional regulation strategies during stressful times.
- Learn, ask questions, and make decisions about all the student support services you can access.
Sessions
Mondays at 3.15pm - 4pm ACST
Thursdays at 10am - 10.45am ACST
In these sessions we can also discuss strategies to notice, inquire and provide support to each other during difficult times.
