All persons on approved projects are required to complete Animal Ethics Training once every three years. CDU currently offers online animal ethics training for investigators and animal carers associated with projects.

In line with social distancing measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not holding face-to-face Animal Ethics Training until further notice.

Please note that the AEC will not approve personnel on a project unless they have current animal ethics training.   Please complete animal ethics training prior to any submissions to the AEC.

In order to access the training please complete the registration form below. On submission of the registration form, you will receive the link to the training with further details.

Please contact us if you do not receive the link after registration (sometimes automated emails go directly to SPAM inbox).

Please note that the AEC may also accept equivalent training delivered by another institution or organisation. In these circumstances, proof of training completion is required.
